Stokvel Application Requirements
To open a Stokvel account, you must have a minimum of 3 members, with 2 designated as main claiming members. Please complete this digital form with the details of the Primary Claiming Member (Section 1) and the Secondary Claiming Member (Section 2).
Next Steps for the remaining members:
- Download the official Stokvel Joining Form below.
- Have all remaining members complete and sign the physical form.
- Email the completed forms along with their certified IDs, latest bank statement and Proof of Residence to newmember@ziphakamise.co.za.
